1. What is DWEEB.STORE?

DWEEB.STORE is a unique brand run by three passionate artists who specialize in creating custom designs inspired by your favorite anime, TV shows, and movies. We bring your favorite characters and worlds to life on various products, including T-shirts, prints, and more.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders, including customizable items. There’s no minimum purchase required.

3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • Standard Products: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped thereafter. Delivery within the U.S. usually takes 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-15 business days.
  • Customizable Items: Custom designs require additional time for creation. After your order is processed, our team will collaborate with you to create your unique design. Once the design is finalized and approved, it will be produced and shipped according to the standard delivery times mentioned above.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

  • RetroOtaku Products: Yes, we offer exchanges and refunds on all RetroOtaku products. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
  • Customizable Items: Since customizable items are uniquely crafted for you, exchanges and refunds aren’t automatic. However, if there’s an issue, please reach out to our team, and we’ll work with you to find the best resolution.

5. What happens to the images I provide for custom designs?

Images you provide for custom designs are used exclusively for the creation of your item. We keep these images only for the duration of the design process. Once your order is finalized and shipped, we delete the images from our systems. If you consent to share your custom design for review purposes, those images may be stored for that purpose.

6. How do I place an order for a custom design?

To order a custom design, simply select the customizable product you’re interested in and follow the prompts to upload your images and provide any additional details. Our team will contact you to discuss your vision and work closely with you throughout the design process.

7. Can I see a mockup of my custom design before it’s finalized?

Absolutely! We will provide you with a mockup of your custom design for your approval. You can request revisions until you’re completely satisfied with the final design.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order’s delivery status.

9. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that you can purchase and send to friends or family. It’s the perfect way to let someone choose their own custom design!
